Delete Your Golf TeeMates Account

Delete your account in the app

1. Open Golf TeeMates.
2. Go to the Settings tab.
3. Scroll down to Account.
4. Tap Delete my account.
5. Confirm when prompted.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, including your name, phone number, and photo.
• Your handicap and handicap history.
• Your scores and rounds, both league and solo.
• Your league and event memberships.
• Chat messages you posted in league or event chats.

Some information may remain in other members' league history where it's required for their scores and leaderboards to stay accurate (for example, a group score you were part of) — but it will no longer be tied to your identifying account information.

Data retention

Your data is removed from our active systems immediately when you confirm the deletion. Routine encrypted backups that include your data are purged on our normal backup rotation, within 30 days.

Can't access the app?

Email support@golfteemates.com (or wade@sentinelmedia.co) from the phone number or email associated with your account, and we'll delete it for you.
